World Peace Fellows Program
The World Peace Fellowships provide funding for a two-year Master's Degree in
Peace and Conflict Resolution for ten students at each of six Universities throughout the world. One of the ten students currently at the University of California would be
pleased to do a program for your Rotary Club. Please contact PDG 5130 Bruce Campbell at herbman@sonic.net
to schedule a most interesting speaker.
If you know of a student who would like to participate in this exciting opportunity, please have them call Linda Ricketts for an application. Each District around the world may select one candidate to participate. Applications must be submitted July 1, 2008. Applicants must have Club and District endorsement and a District interview in June 2008.
Beginning in July 2006, Rotary International has established a Rotary Center for Peace and Conflict Studies at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Please see the page Rotary Peace and Conflict Studies Program.
